Abandon Aid

I just installed Abandon Aid and can't wait to start using it. I think I have a lot of window shoppers that I need to reel back in. I think this app will really help me out. I already use Ultra SEO which I really like. Thx.

I installed the app and it showed me all the abandoned orders and when a reminder email was sent. However, I realized after testing it out that the emails weren't being sent. After contacting Coolence, and working with them, they fixed the issue ASAP. Their response times are great! Everything works smoothly now and I hope to recover some abandoned sales with their help!

Hands down, one of the best apps on Shopify. It's simple, easy to use, and it isn't bloated with features that I won't use. Great customer support as well.

Coolence saves the day!! James answered my support chat in less than 3 seconds, made a fix (cosmetic) and had us on our way to ANOTHER recovered order.

Coolence = MONEY .

Super easy - Past clicking the install button, all you have to do it edit the email you want to go out. We recovered an order in the first 24 hours. What a fun app to add to your store. Did I mention how easy it was ?

Happy with this! Has recovered a few orders for me.

Not worth going for the percentage based version of this app, just pay for it outright and be done with it!
