They have awesome customer service, especially Amy! She rocks! Love their app and recommend it to everyone! Have already recovered a number of sales!

Nice light, simple app. Have tried all of the others in the app store (as of this writing) and this one is best. Set the reminder to one hour seems to work best for us....

Does what it says it will do and does it well.

We've been really pleased with the app itself and even more impressed with the customer service. We've invested in a number of apps and software upgrades recently and had nothing but trouble, with terrible customer service. Thankfully that couldn't be more the opposite in the case.

The system was easy to activate and began working almost instantly. It's nice to be able to tailor the email which is sent to the customer offing discount codes etc.

Having just upgraded to the unlimited package we wish we'd done that from the start.

Thanks to all involved. If only all companies operated as efficiently as this.

When looking for app's in the app store, we didn't want something complicated, hard to setup, and emails take a lot of time. This app takes away all three of those problems. Really three apps in 1. But the customer service is so helpful, that if you did potentially have any questions, you wouldn't have to worry at all. An app that works for you and you get to spend the saved time working on other things. What is the question here ? Coolence is reliable and we highly recomment any app that they make.

This ap is so easy to use. I love their re-vamped look and name. I got them back when they were coolence. Through them I can see customers I never knew I had that abandoned orders that I can try for again later with marketing or something else in addition to their automatic emails. Very worth it!

LOVE this app and have used it since our store opened. The only one minor issue I have (maybe it's just me?) is that the abandoned orders don't actually show up in date order, even when clicking to sort by date received. Otherwise, fantastic!

I couldn't be happier with Abandon Aid! In less than a year, this app has saved our company over $3,500 in recovered sales! On top of that, the customer service is top notch. Anyone running an online shop, should not miss out on lost sales by using this app!

I thought I was happy with other apps, but Abandon Aid is clearly cleaner and more useful for us. It helped us recover several sales.
