The free version of the app recovered enough abandoned orders in less than one week to justify an upgrade to the paid version. Combined with a thoughtful cart recovery approach, this app will earn more than enough to pay for itself.

I have used the product for a while and it does work. You have to try different messages and times to deliver but it does automate the process once set up. We have recovered several thousand dollars in what might have been lost sales since we started using it.

I wish someone would come up with an app that let's me know why someone left the site without making a purchase in the first place. How about working on that next MoonMail Team?

Easy to set up but doesn't seem to pick up on pre-existing abandoned check outs

So far so good but haven't recovered a cart yet. I have only had it 3 days but seems to be doing what it says it will do.
It's free and a good idea so worth giving a try.

I haven't started using it yet, but I'm excited to add it to the site and recover all of the abandoned carts (and be able to see how many people are browsing and adding to the cart but aren't checking out)

Seems to work fine, and the support was good! However, my reason for the few stars is the fact of being lured by free option, and then realizing the mails are not responsive and looks awful on mobile! In todays world, this should be first priority...

Does what it says its going to do. Helps you recover lost checkouts and bring back customers!

Easy to install and use. Great that there's a free version if you only want to send a small number of emails each month. Look forward to seeing the results.
