I have not seen this app in action yet, but the setup was very self-explanatory & the messenger help was relatively quick to reply.

I can now stop worrying about my visitors's abandoned carts.

Needs some improvements though. It would be great if we could customize the emails, add our own words, some colors etc...

i used this app it very nice i loved it i specially recommend this for cart recovery for better sales.

simple to set up. wish I could customize the email that goes out, but all in all not bad for a free app.

No emails being sent out. They are stuck in pending status.

The good news is support responded quickly and fixed the problem.
