Very useful FREE app!
I can now stop worrying about my visitors's abandoned carts.
Needs some improvements though. It would be great if we could customize the emails, add our own words, some colors etc...

simple to set up. wish I could customize the email that goes out, but all in all not bad for a free app.

No emails being sent out. They are stuck in pending status.
The good news is support responded quickly and fixed the problem.

Easy but only 1% customisable !
I want to check and edit (translate) the mail this app will send to my customers
