An accessibility widget shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. When my previous provider’s pricing skyrocketed, I made the switch — and I’m glad I did. So far, so good! It gives me exactly what I need at a price that doesn’t break the bank.

For now a horrible experience, support told me to uninstall and reinstall, because that app caused a conflict in my theme. I receive this from their support:

lso im not sure if its an outage or not, but anytime I write in, the chat window immediately closes by agent, so I get no help. ...

The issue was not due to a bug in the app. The widget appeared invisible because all colors (text, background, and icon) were set to the same ...
I just installed the app, and so far I'm really impressed with it, in just a few clicks, the widget blends beautiful with the rest of the design, and it does as advertised! It instantly changes the website according to the various settings, easy to use and easy to reset.
Moreover, I'm super thankful that at least for now it's free! Since my shop is not yet too popular.
