I installed this app for accessibility compliance. I upgraded to the low monthly price to customize the colors and make it look nice on my website. Super happy with it. Had one technical difficulty that was readily fixed by the developer at no charge. This is one of those issues that just makes me sleep better at night knowing I have an ADA-friendly site.

No product support. The app stopped working. There is no phone number to call and we have had zero responses from many emails. No help whatsoever.

This is a great app. It works great on desktop & mobile version view with no problems. I have reached out to support because I had some issues after I changed my theme. The problem is my theme change and not this app. The support was very helpful to get it working on my new theme. I highly recommend this app! I have it installed on two of my stores.
