Accessibility Spark ADA & WCAG

Accessibility Spark is mostly set and forget. The AI adjustments run automatically and the UI tools are helpful for users. I especially like the daily monitoring scans. The widget design options are ok but not super modern. Also one spelling mistake in dashboard lol. Small stuff, functionality is good.

We recently installed Accessibility Spark on our Shopify store, and the difference it’s made is incredible. If you're serious about making your store more inclusive and ADA-compliant, this app is a no-brainer.

Highly customizable — You can tailor the widget to match your store’s branding, which keeps the design clean and professional.

Been using Accessibility Spark for a few weeks. The AI image recognition is decent and saves time adding alt text manually. Custom colors and orientation options are useful. Compliance monitoring is reassuring. Sometimes the scan takes longer than expected and one button lagged, but nothing that breaks the experience.

Accessibility spark has been a breeze to work with. They take care of their customers and make sure that everything is working and running smoothly. Their app is the ONLY app in the Shopify store that makes you ADA & WCAG compliant. I know because I tried many other apps. That is the only reason I'm okay with the subscription price. If you have a problem they may take a day or two to respond, but they will help fix any issues that you might have.

UPDATE: After the original 1-star review was posted (see below), the team did reach out to me and really took care of everything super quickly and with white-glove service. The app itself has been functioning perfectly, so totally worth giving this a shot. I've been in touch with the team and they promise that they've fixed the response time for folks in the future.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Been trying to reach someone at customer service with this app for over 2 weeks and no one ever gets back to us. We've tried the form page and the chat function within in the app.
