I highly recommend this app to any Shopify store owner who wants to create a more accessible and user-friendly shopping experience for everyone. It’s a small investment with huge benefits, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my store!
UPDATE: After the original 1-star review was posted (see below), the team did reach out to me and really took care of everything super quickly and with white-glove service. The app itself has been functioning perfectly, so totally worth giving this a shot. I've been in touch with the team and they promise that they've fixed the response time for folks in the future.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Been trying to reach someone at customer service with this app for over 2 weeks and no one ever gets back to us. We've tried the form page and the chat function within in the app.
Was super excited based on all of the really great reviews, but this has been the worst app experience we've ever had.
wow, it’s super helpful! I didn’t think much about accessibility before, but this app made everything way easier. It helped me make my store more accessible without a ton of work, and honestly, I think that’s why I’m seeing more sales now.
I’ve been using the Accessibility Spark app for my Shopify store, and it’s been a great addition! It helps make my website more accessible by offering customizable accessibility features that comply with international standards.
This app makes my site way more accessible, and I didn’t think it would make such a difference until I saw it in action. Customers are finding it easier to shop, and I’m seeing more sales come in because of it.
Setting it up was pretty simple, and I love that it works in the background.
