Malik and Sana was very helpful setting up the widget and were able to help me customize the app. My website required bulk alt text to be added and the are working to adjust the app for my needs to make that easier to do so. They even go on a video chat to help make the changes to the widget and talk about the other things I needed help with.

This tool was supper easy to setup and configure to make my store ADA compliant. Also, had a great experience with the team over chat and Malik via an Google meet call to work on image Alt Text issues for my store.

I needed an app that was for ADA so I would not have to worry about lawsuits. I found this App recommended by Shopify. I love the fact that there is great customer service. I was having a problem setting it up. And right away in my chats Sana asked if she could call. She did and walked me through the process. It was quick and easy.
