With Active Campaign we were able to create the perfect automation for our business. Our CRM has improved by 100%.

We've been using this app for months. I love how it is able to sync all the transactions and abandonments data into their system. By setting up abandonment sequences in AC we've increased revenue by 5%, and we've added an additional 5% by segmenting our audience using other automations, which are one of AC's strong points.

AC has allowed us to recapture potential lost sales thru a cart abandonment sequence. I didn't realize how it was performing until I looked into the stats and was pleasantly surprised. We then added some question forms and embedded them in a funnel and the data we've been gathering has been incredibly eye opening. We are looking forward to now leverage the tool further and close more sales.

Integration is very smooth and has worked without any significant hiccups since implementing. This has been beneficial for our business in many ways.

We love ActiveCampaign! The integration allows us to easily track and manage our different Shopify instances and implement advanced email automations.

ActiveCampaign made the transition from Mailchimp a breeze. Our brand was leaving 2 services behind that served different purposes to use only ActiveCampaign. Our account reps have been great at answering all of our questions. My biggest area of improvement would be to add in more contemporary templates and make the drag and drop feature when building out campaigns a little less clunky. However, I will say that our deliverability rate has improved exponentially so, if my only complaint is a minor aesthetic one - I'll take it! :) Thank you for all of the assistance.

I love using Active Campaign! Their fully automated emails take my potential clients through getting to know my business and take new clients through their onboarding process. Today I changed my lead magnet with the season and quickly and easily changed my automated emails to match. Great reports so I can easily see how effective my campaigns are too.

I use Active Campaign as my CRM after switching from Drip. There is NO comparison! It integrates seamlessly and easily with Shopify to nurture and enhance the customer relationship and experience.

So I have a band and I hired a marketing coach to teach me about making money as a musician. One of his sources of revenue is merchandise. He told me to set up a facebook ad and to give people music for their email address. Then send emails to the growing email list, using Active Campaign. Then, to link this to shopify and sell tshirts and other merchandise. Well, so far I haven't sold anything but I think I know what to do. At least I have a thousand emails and about 10% open my weekly emails. My coach tells me I have to make offers, bundles etc and then I'll start to sell. It's a journey and I'm eager to take the next steps. I found it pretty easy to set up the shop...but look at some of the beautiful online stores, then you know there's work to be done. Best of luck!

I have used AC for 5 years and have spent lots of time talking with staff about tools and have learned so much! I am asking for new tools and they listen and sometimes implement them for me. great company
