ActiveCampaign Email Marketing

Love the super tight integration between Shopify and ActiveCampaign. You can see all the Shopify order history right on the Contact page in Active Campaign as well as take advantage of all the tagging and automation. Great for abandoned carts too!

Active Campaign is hands down the best marketing software I've used. I have used many of the other options, and the usability, and workflows are unmatched. If I were to open another business, integrating Active Campaign would be one of the first things I would do.

We've been using Active Campaign for nearly a year now to create customer funnels based on their shopify purchases. It pulls over all of the core customer data that you might need, and although there's still a few things on our wish list we would recommend it highly to anyone who wants to send segmented, automated emails to their customers.

We are all about data and being able to make the best decisions and communicate the right way based on what we can track. The amount of data that is pulled in seamlessly from Shopify to ActiveCampaign is impressive. We feel confident in future decisions and seeing how customers are interacting with our brand. We are already building out communication that is specific to what we know and we can even insert or remove content based on what that customer should see or would most likely like to see. Active Campaign's deep integration with Shopify ensures a high level of control over our marketing automation aimed at improving our abandoned cart rates, as well as upselling and crossselling. The learning curve is very low and the service is great. I definitely recommend this tool.

I use ActiveCampaign (separate software) for my email campaigns. This shopify app is needed to integrate that software with Shopify. I'm not exactly sure what the Shopify app does, just that it is needed. All is working fine.

We've been with Active Campaign for 2 years now. Happy to now be able to easily connect active campaign through an app in shopify. Active Campaign has a lot of options to automate and personalise the customers experience through emails and sms. Like the split testing option and being able to tag customers based on where they click in an email. Thanks!
