I really enjoy ActiveCampaign. The customer support is excellent and so are the tutorial videos and training they offer

So far, my new Shopify integration with Active Campaign is working just as I need it to. I've been using AC for well over 6 years, and it's done everything I need it to (and I'm pretty sure more than I ever could)!

Great app, fully do the job I need Using AC x Shopify for ~1 year from now and it’s awesome.

We use Active Campaign to manage the customer experience for those who purchase our books through Shopify as well as purchase our courses through Thinkific. The integration between Shopify and Active Campaign is perfect. It took almost zero time to set it up and I can do all sorts of automations to engage with customers based on their product purchases.

Great app to automate my email marketing I use Active campaign all the time to automate my emails. They have really good reporting and their support team is exceptional. I wish it was a little bit more flexible on the graphic design options when designing a completely custom email from scratch. The abandoned cart is powerful and the competitive advantage I see on active campaign over others is that they give you a lot of support calls so you become skilled at using the software.

An excellent app in combination with Shopify. A great integration and very useful data, easy to set up campaigns and automations to get more sales.
Great way to split customers preference with tags and specify products to like to the best opening rate. Very happy with this!

ActiveCampaign is perfect for us. Our sales team uses it to track, validate, and work with leads. We owe a large chunk of our yearly revenue to the ease of automations and pipelines that ActiveCampaign provides. We also use ActiveCampaign for our email marketing- we've found it to have all the features we need, at a price that's perfect for us.

We have been using AC for years before even connecting it to our Shopify store. they clearly have been listening to the marketplace as many new features were added along the way (lots of automations, landing pages tools, forms etc...all necessary tools to create content and capture emails to be pushed into lists/automations etc...). Customer service is always prompt and helpful, they also have regular webinars on their updates. It is much more than your entry level email tool (Mailchimp...). It works for us so we keep adding integrations with our online assets and do our best to automate everything that can be!

This integration has made our very complicated system simpler. We have 3 Shopify stores in three separate industries, so managing the opt-ins and campaigns was become quite a nightmare for us.

We were introduced to Active Campaign through the 0-110K training course, and it is probably the best referral we received.

Using Active Campaign and Shopify it took us only about a day to set up all of our systems so that specific opt-ins went into specific buckets.

Its also rewarding to see our opt-ins return to the store and spend consistently as we send out e-mails. For us, this was the system we spent about two years looking for. Highly recommended.

Good service....easy to use and feature-rich. Love how it has a direct integration with Shopify and we do not need to use yet another app to make it work! Good customer service as well!
