Its terrible, you must work on your codes and make sure the filters are working properly. The same day result of any change is not possible. The Alerts are working, but you cant find the changes, who made it ...
Also your database is very old, its must be responsive and answer quickly.
It keeps changing the results, while the filter is changed 2 min ago.
Support team is not responsive as well.

We’re really sorry for the trouble you faced. Recently, we rolled out a bunch of new features, and our traffic skyrocketed unexpectedly. This led to our queue system getting overloaded with over 10 million messages in no time, and new ones kept piling up. Because of that, it took longer than usual for logs to show up on the Logify dashboard.

We didn’t anticipate such a massive surge in traffic so quickly, and we truly regret any inconvenience this caused you. Our engineers have been working tirelessly for the past week to bring things back to normal, and we’re happy to say that everything is now stable.

The app has some nice features, but could use some polishing. Additionally, I have several stores and the Staff Logs only work on about 50% of the stores. I have reached out to this app vendor multiple times and I haven't heard anything back. Dear Vendor, if you are reading this, please respond to your messages.
