We've been running the Commerce Connector for our Shopify store with Acumatica as our ERP backbone. It keeps Acumatica and Shopify genuinely in sync rather than just pushing data one way.
The good: product, inventory, customer, and order sync all work as advertised once configured. Order import respects the Acumatica side (customer classes, locations, tax categories, ship-vias), which means orders land ready to process instead of needing cleanup. Inventory feedback to Shopify is reliable.
For any business serious about Acumatica + Shopify, the connector is essentially required infrastructure.
