Libautech: Announcement Bar

I use this app to inform customers about promotions, schedules and more. I love it!! It's very easy to use.

This is really a great a tool and I have been browsing shopify to custom code this bar at the top of the page .. after many hours of search I was able to crack this in minutes using your app ... thank you very much

Out of the clear blue sky the app just stopped working. No matter what I did I couldn't get it to work. I was baffled. But after some email hiccups with support (gotta love that spam folder) all has been fixed. Thanks for taking care of it. The app is simple and easy and that's all I need. (although there are other upgraded features, all I need is a simple announcement bar because my theme's announcement is too small and within the header) This bar runs across the whole top of the page and is nice, neat and perfect for me! Thanks for making it available.

Nice app, easy to use, nice design. but if any problems, no one reply the support email on technical issues.

The app is really good and offers a lot of features. We had some trouble getting help from the support team but they eventually came back to us and Nabeel did everything to fix it.

Really good app and choice of looks and definitely added a wow factor to my store but the announcement bar conflicted with loading my Tidio chat widget and my video that I had defaulted to be muted would now play automatically after the 4-5 seconds it takes the announcement bar to load. It is slowish to load. Over a period of over two weeks I emailed them at least 3 times with just one response they would get back to me so really poor customer support. I wished I could have resolved the issues with them but they were not available. I have now chosen another announcement bar app.

This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced! Ralfs replies to your emails and fixes things within minutes. Wouldnt have expected such efficiency from a free app, but customer support has been tremendously prompt wonderful! Oh, and the app works amazingly! There is no BS in this app, easy to use and customize (or if you can't, just email Ralfs and his team would do it for you in minutes).

I use this app for use symbol in announcement bar, that looks wonderful in my shop. i really like this app. great job
