Very efficient and easy to use. The time saving is priceless and I can only recommend them. Vijaya and Yashraj are very helpful.
Uptrack is actually the best tool that addressed our current issue dealing with PayPal, this tool is so impressive and amazing! It comes with order sync from Shopify to PayPal, and it also helps me to know the detail shipping status for every order which help us to get the money from PayPal faster than ever, and it does everything automatically and incredibly accurate! It is definitely my life saver. In addition to this, customer service from Uptrack is super responsive, they helped me to enable Order tracking feature very fast. Great Support! Helped us to integrate a lot of shippingnummbers to PayPal. We has a mistake in our Shopify system wich caused the import to PayPal to be wrong as well. Due to the quick support the problem could be solved easily.
A very practical plug-in that reduces workload, is easy to use, and provides enthusiastic service in multiple languages. Vijaya deserves a good rating.
Used to be a great app, now it doesn't work at all. Only a few orders synced, with the wrong information, a total mess. Contacted support via email, chat, shopify, no answer. DO NOT INSTALL

Thanks for your comments, however, I can see you installed our app on 26th July and have already uninstalled it.
I have talked with the support agent and checked myself we have not received any support request from your store name within the time period your app was installed.
Regarding the functionality, our app is running fine already.
Also as per your claim, few orders synced with wrong information are totally impossible to occur, as Uptrack only syncs tracking after matching them with PayPal or Stripe respectively. If they do not match, it does not sync it at all.
Please let me know on which email you contacted our support and what is you support chat ticket number, so I can help you with the issue.

Found your ticket on chat support, as explained by the chat support agent, we do not support Carthook, only OCU is supported.

So far so good, easy to install and on-line help present to talk you through your questions. Handled combined orders and associated a single tracking number to them all (up to at least 6).
App very useful to synchronize tracking of PayPal.
Before I used another app but it did not work, Uptrack is better and works.
Onboarding experience has been good with Vijaya, can’t wait to use this app for the first time when I pack and fulfill tomorrow’s orders

Great app, does it's job very well. Also clean UI, really like it. Had some issues in the beginning but the support is very responsive and solved it quick. Highly recommend if you want sync tracking numbers with Paypal
