app is not working properly and custumer support seems not existing. two requests have not been answered so far. very dissapointing!

No response from support team for 1 week. Have sent 2 support tickets via their support ticket system within the app and have also sent a separate email, no response at all, very unproffessional. There is a bug with the image being shown on the sticky ATC bar. The image is stretched and not square. I have had to disable this until it is fixed. I will have to find an alternative app and uninstall this if it doesn't get fixed.

I love the ease of use of this application. At first it did not work correctly with my bundle app. However, I contacted Revy's support (on a Friday, might I add), and they worked with me to get it fixed by Saturday. They were extremely friendly and very helpful through the process. I couldn't be happier.

So, This app is an absolute lifesaver!!
I run a store that sells fruit, veg, meat etc and previously my customers had to go into a product from a collection page, add it to the basket, go into the basket page and then return to the home page.
It's like going to the grocery store, picking up a product and walking back to the front door again before picking up another!! It's slow and annoying.

With this app it has allowed customers to cut down shopping time by more than 50% due to the functionality (Bear in mind the result of this save in time is reduced abandoned checkouts and increased sales)

At first I wasn't keen on the positioning of the button, so I emailed Revy and within a day, Marcelo sorted exactly what I wanted!

Amazing customer service and functionality, at only £5.something a month, absolute no brainer for high product stores like mine.
