Code didn't work when we launched a product. Tried reaching out to customer service via their chat box, email, and their number. No response- worst case scenario & customer service we've ever experienced with a Shopify App.

This app works perfectly for hiding products and managing who sees what. I love the flexibility—whether by customer tag, country, or secret link. It’s easy to set rules, hide out-of-stock items, and even customize error messages. Super useful and reliable. Highly recommend!

Addify Hide Products is a highly functional Shopify app which helped us to manage and restrict access to specific products and collections. This tool is particularly useful for our business because we want to offer exclusive items to certain customer groups or manage wholesale and retail pricing within the same store. thanks for the awesome solution.
I installed this App to manage content visibility in my Shopify store (Hazaaz.com), “Addify ‑ Hide Products” App is an excellent solution. With this app, I make my entire catalog/specific products accessible exclusively to selected customers, customer tags, countries and companies by means of a strong set of features. This interface is user friendly and integrated with Shopify, making it easy for me to set content restrictions and administer them.
There's another app that's free that does a better job than this. Their prices listed on this page is lower than what it actually costs once you install the app.

I had an issue with the app about password protection not working as expected. I reached out to support, and they quickly identified and resolved the problem. Now everything is working perfectly! Great app and excellent customer service.
