Addly: AI Bundles app & Upsell

Super fast support team! Was able to provide us with a solution when I told them something was causing our customer confusion.

We're super happy with the app and love the AI aspect of things. We love being able to offer the customers a discount for purchasing more than 1 product as well.

I would definitely recommend this app for sellers that are looking to upsell/cross-sell products on their website.

N. Nikolov did an excellent job. He promptly answered all my questions and set things up for me efficiently. The customer service was exceptional and seamless. The app offers numerous options and customizable setups, making it ideal for my business.

The pricing is unreasonable because it increases with our sales volume. For sales of $500-$1000, the cost is $24.99. For sales of $1000-$2500, the cost is $44.99, and it keeps going up from there. I’m not sure how the plugin calculates which orders it attributes to itself. After installing it, I didn’t notice a significant increase in overall site sales or conversion rates, and even after uninstalling it, I didn’t notice a significant drop in sales. But its pricing is on a sliding scale. I'm going to try a different plugin instead.

I have tested several apps similar to this one and without a doubt this is the best of them, it has the best features, the best options for creating offers, volume sales and above all, with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend it!

Cercavamo un'app che facesse al caso nostro, in modo da poter creare dei bundle super personalizzati e l'abbiamo trovata. L'assistenza è davvero molto rapida ed efficace! Consiglio vivamente, non solo per chi è all'inizio del proprio negozio. Un altro dettaglio interessante è che è super intuitiva quindi facile da usare e si adatta perfettamente al tema in uso.

Easy to use, but can not work on the shopify store, still waiting for working

Unlike other similar apps, this one is extremely straight forward and uncomplicated to use. It does exactly what I need and everything is easy to implement. The customer service is also fantastic. very quick to respond and always answers questions effectively. I would highly recommend.

The APP prays to use AI for recomendations, but is really a very vague implementation. The AI is incapable to relate items by tag, type, or anything.
It literally takes your most sold products and puts them together with the item you are seeing.
The result? The same frequently bought together everywhere.
I have used other apps that at least consider tags when recomending, and give more variety, and still i wouldnt consider them AI.
