A fantastic app! Simple, intuitive, and works flawlessly. Exactly the tool we needed. It's multilingual and a must-have app. The idea of tagging orders when they're updated is absolutely brilliant. 10/10!

The perfect and most elegant solution for editing shipping addresses. We had tons of customers but the wrong address in, and we were constantly manually updating them.

This solved it perfectly; the settings were easy to use, and the best part was that the editing interface was a modal popup on the actual page (versus other apps that redirect to a separate store page)

I used to stress about answering customer emails to correct shipping address before the orders are fulfilled. Since installing Yagi Address Edit Helper, customers can correct their own mistakes when necessary. It works great, and it notifies me via email when changes are made. It has really saved me a lot of time and stress.

This app allows our customers to edit their shipping address on the order status page. Super useful to avoid cancellation of orders / extra time from the customer support team to do amendments on the shipping address. A very detailed step-by-step guide plus excellent support from the developing team makes this app really simple to use. Would recommend this app and the team behind it to all stores that need its function. Keep up the good work, Axel!

Yagi support is actually amazing. Yagi is a perfect fit and because the app makers are incredibly responsive and helpful. We do a huge number of pre-orders and using Yagi Address Edit Helper helped us. Some highlights, but definitely not all:

1) Place shipping address changes on actual Shopify Orders (not the Shopify customer record) meaning you can ask your customers do self-serve edit,

2) Added option to auto email the Shopify Order Update Notification to customer who successfully updated or confirmed their address,

3) Added option to allow Partially Fulfilled orders to get address updates by customers.

This among the many other features they include.

We could not ask more of Shopify App maker. We're looking forward to long history with Yagi Address Edit Helper and now (with support like this) we're also looking at their other apps, Yagi Order Cancellable, Draftable ‑ Draft Order Helper.

Amazing product and amazing customer support. I also like there cancel app! This app gives more control to the customer and makes fulfillment a breeze because I don’t have to worry about incorrect addresses.

This is the best app to let customers fix their address after ordering (better than the other app, as this let's customers change their address directly on the order status page vs. being redirected to another less user friendly url - that's what the other app does).

Axel from customer support is also fantastic, always responds within 6 hours.

Love this app, it's saved me so much time and prevented a lot of customer service tickets. I no longer have to do anything when customer's enter a wrong address at checkout, they can fix it themselves.
