As a user who values localization and translations in e-commerce stores, I was greatly disappointed with my experience using the Address Ninja app. Although the app promises the ability to translate all error messages, it turned out that this wasn't entirely true.
Main Points of Disappointment:
Limited Number of Languages: The app offers translations for only 10 languages, which is quite limited for a global audience.
Unfulfilled Promise: The app description states that you can translate "all error messages," which proved to be misleading.
Lack of Transparency: I only discovered the translation limitations after installation and attempted use.
Importance of Localization: For my online store, translations are crucial, so this shortcoming is a serious obstacle.
Inflexibility: When I contacted them about this issue, they cited "limitations" instead of offering a solution or timeline for improvements.
Conclusion:
While Address Ninja may offer other useful features, the lack of comprehensive support for translations is a major drawback. For online stores focusing on an international audience, I would recommend seeking alternative solutions that truly support multilingualism in all aspects of the user experience, including error messages.
I hope the Address Ninja team will take this feedback seriously and improve their language capabilities in the future. Until then, I'll have to look for a more reliable solution for my online store's needs.

As a result, we currently offer translations in "only" 15 of the most popular languages within the Shopify ecosystem. For all other languages, we have a fallback mechanism that works for 99% of users. However, we've noted your feedback and will keep you updated if Shopify allows us to implement additional languages in the future.
