We tested other address validation tools before, but they were overpriced or too clunky. Address Validation iO is the cheapest option we found that actually works well. In the first couple of weeks, it caught and fixed more than 10 incorrect shipping addresses that would have led to failed deliveries, saving us time, money, and a few customer complaints. Setup was mostly smooth, with the only small hiccup being the time it took to add the app blocks to our theme, but support helped us activate everything right away, so it really wasn't an issue. We also appreciated being able to tweak the validation messages to better match our store’s tone. If you're tired of fixing address issues manually or dealing with returns, this app is a great choice.

Sehr einfache Installation und Integration. Selbsterklärend und verständlich für unsere Kunden. Die App korrigiert für uns fast jede zehnte Bestellung, und in Hinblick auf die vermiedenen Rücksendekosten lohnen sich die paar Cent pro Bestellung deutlich! Dies ist eine gute Alternative, wenn man ohne Shopify Plus keine Möglichkeiten hat, im Checkout etwas zur Adresseingabe ändern zu lassen. So kann man dem Kunden trotzdem sehr zeitnah eine Rückmeldung zur Falscheingabe bieten und falsche Adresseingaben bei der weiteren Bestellabwicklung verhindern.
