Overcharged us by double the amount. Evidently 3 cents per address is not the accurate price. Very disappointed.

Sorry for the confusion! The app charges $0.03 per order processed, but there is a $14.99/month fee if you choose to enable email notifications from your own domain.

This app is incredible, and the support team is on another level, they literally answer in less than an hour every time I have a question! Highly recommended!

The app serves it's purpose well. The support team are extremely helpful when it came to customising an email notification. Although the apps frontend seemingly lacks a lot of customisation options, after asking what we needed and supplying the support team with the correct information, we ended up exactly what we needed from the app.

We use this app to help reduce address submission errors, most importantly for international orders. It has helped us reduce the amount of user submission errors, reducing the manual work required on our side when a user enters an invalid address. The Team has also been extremely helpful in helping us solve issue and even building out new features to improve the app and help us overcome some of the more common validation issues we experience. 5 stars!

Very supportive team, (particularly Osmand) that helped me work through an issue very quickly and we were able to resolve. Love how you can customize the app colours and theme to match your store, even for the basic Shopify version.

Thank goodness for people who respond on chat and not bots when you have a question or a problem. We thought we needed to fix a few things so we paused the app. We are not getting notifications when an address is updated because we use the initial email notification for orders from Shopify and do not realize something is wrong with an address right away, the support person helped me to make sure we would receive the right notifications and not too many.

we were looking for an App that would block invalid addresses and this was the first choice that came up in search - glad it was. it has stopped the typos and issues we were seeing before with customer address and customer order info. thanks
