Not effective if the pop up only appears on the thank you page, we still have to check all the addresses manually and there are still address errors or missing house numbers etc. The addresses that this app corrects only consisted of changing from lower case to upper case and nothing more and we have to pay money for that?! If the pop up would have appeared in the checkout it might have been a different matter, but that's only available for plus merchants!

You can load Address Validator during checkout only if you're a Shopify Plus user via the checkout.liquid template file. Unfortunately, this is a Shopify restriction.

Please note Shopify Plus is not required for Address Validator to work, a lot of our customers also use the app for validation post-checkout. So far so good. We've had a handful of issues with addresses prior to this app and now we're saving ourselves a heap of time! This has truly helped out the address verification process, it isn't intrusive and the design is pleasant.

at first we couldnt get it to work in our checkout but they helped us through getting in touch with shopify support and everything seems to be working properly now!

The app works out of the box and saves us a lot of problems when it comes to errors in shipping addresses. There are a lot of options related to what type of shipping address you permit so that is great. I wish the interface was easier to figure out... It's a bit of a weird UI and can be hard to customize because of this. But they have great and fast customer service so if you ned help they are ready to serve you.

I've been using this app on all 6 of my Shopify stores for about a week now. It's easy to set up and configure. It's only been a short time, but it's already paying dividends with catching several orders from customers that didn't input their address correctly (missing apartment number, suite number, etc). With UPS charging $16 per address correction, this app quickly pays for itself and then some! I highly recommend it.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, and it was almost impossible to get that message through to customers! This has saved us a huge amount of time and frustration in outreach to PO Box holders, and has made a huge difference in the accuracy of our address collection.

Great app, lots of configuration options and easy to follow! Support is super responsive. And, many fewer support tickets now that customers validate their own address, love it!!!!

Early days for us with the app but the initial indications suggest it has been a good addition for us.
We have had a number of issues with EU customers getting confused with address formatting in our Shopify checkout and this has resulted in carrier returns.
We have also been able to block pack station delivery addresses which has been helpful.
So far so good.
The guys at Roboturk were very helpful in guiding us through the initial set up.
