This app has helped me tremendously to validate addresses and decrease the number of errors both in my warehouse and in shipping. Plus, the RoboTurk team has been really helpful in customizing the app for French addresses, which are quite specific :)

App works amazing and the team is awesome. We have seen a significant decrease in address issues after using this app. Team is very helpful and assisted us in setting up the address validator on the checkout. Would highly recommend them!

We were having several address changes a week and multiple "return to senders" a week before getting this app. Now that everyone auto-populates addresses and clicks "buy" as fast as they can this has changed the game for us. It makes people *think* for a second before entering an old or incorrect address. In the week since this was installed we haven't had a single address change post order! We're hoping the same is true for "return to sender" items be this may take a bit longer. Our first impressions with this app are great once its up and running.

This will free up customer service reps to take care of more important issues. A small price to pay once you factor in re-shipping costs, warehouse packing fees, and emails and calls for address changes/"lost" packages.

Prior to using this app I was having a lot of issues with customers incorrectly filling out their shipping info and as a result packages going undelivered. This was very costly for my business. Installing this app has significantly reduced the percentage of orders with incorrect shipping addresses.

It's simple. This has cut down my invalid address to almost zero. Before installing this app I was having to unblock many orders daily due address validation errors or typos by customer. It was time consuming and a huge headache. The app just works. Plain and simple.

This is a wonderful app and it helped us in so many ways. It helps us not to get PO boxes to ship to as we don't use the US postal service for shipping. When we were not shipping to other countries it gave a much more clear note to the customer about what to do to get in order to their country. Shopify's note to the customer is simply, "Cannot be shipped". The app also puts figuring out a proper address on the customer without being difficult. Otherwise. we'd have to call the customer every single time and try to get that figured out together. It has so many other features that you don't realize you need so if given the opportunity you should at least try it for a couple of days to understand what you're missing.
