1. Use in Canada cause too many unnecessary notification, 2. The changes made after the order placed, which mean the order notification email from Shopify store, doesn't have the changes. 3. After every order, you need to login to the store to see the correction. After great support from "Address Validator" team my issues resolved to my satisfaction, and I am changing my review to 5 stars

Playing email tag with customers regarding address verification is very tedious and time - consuming. This app streamlines the process perfectly! I contacted support with a few ideas and they responded quickly and were able to implement a few features for us. Great app & Great customer service.

Our manual address validations are down 98% because of this app! Their customer service team is incredibly responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend adding this app to your store if you are receiving a lot of incorrect addresses from customers.

Very good customer support, the support staff will do their best to resolve any issues. Hopefully this will reduce my shipping costs for incorrect customer address.

Wow, amazing app! So easy to install and use. I ran into what I thought was an issue so I reached out to the telephone support line. While the phone was ringing I found the solution so I hung and within a minute Wilson called. He apologized for missing the call and helped me include another awesome feature!

Highly recommend this app!

Really great customer service and app. I identified a small bug to them and they fixed it within 14 hours. The app is a no brainer to use, install it and forget it.

This has saved us SO much time in having to manually fix bad addresses that come through and has drastically cut down on the amount of returned undeliverable packages we received. Really robust & customizable features. Awesome.

Overcharged us by double the amount. Evidently 3 cents per address is not the accurate price. Very disappointed.

Sorry for the confusion! The app charges $0.03 per order processed, but there is a $14.99/month fee if you choose to enable email notifications from your own domain.

This app is incredible, and the support team is on another level, they literally answer in less than an hour every time I have a question! Highly recommended!
