We always lost countless hours correcting addresses and following up with customers to get any missing data. Since we installed the app I am happy to report that from all our orders in the last 2 weeks (about 400) only 1! still had an error. And this was because the customer refused the suggestion of the shipping address validator. We went from 20-30% faulty address to 0% address errors overnight! :) I can highly recommend this app for addresses in Belgium and the Netherlands. It is also a beautifull combination with iPacky and MyParcel to auto print the corrected shippinglabels automatically in the flow from your order picking without any errors.

LOVE this app! UPS and FedEx charges if they think the address is entered incorrectly. This app saves us a lot of time from manually validating each address. It can add the 4 digit extension to the end of the zip code. Corrects the formatting of the address. Checks to see if an apartment number was left off of the address. It can also tag the order as residential or commercial. It works with a pop up on the order conformation page so it’s optional for the customer to click. It does not interfere with the purchase process. Support was fast to reply and answered all my questions. I would say this is a must have app for all stores.

I needed this app in order to oblige customer to put a valid address and it works perfectly. No more manually rework after the order is placed.

We'd give this 5* for the Customer Service and a continuous effort in listening to feedback and focus on improving the website. There are some legacy design flaws for those are finicky about it (i.e. US) but they are working it and even now it works well and helps with Shipping related issues.

Returned packages were a huge issue for us, but this app has put an end to most of that. I like just how much we are able to customize from prohibiting PO Boxes to what step of checkout the popup alerts are displayed in. On top of all that, customer service is incredible!
