This is a wonderful app and it helped us in so many ways. It helps us not to get PO boxes to ship to as we don't use the US postal service for shipping. When we were not shipping to other countries it gave a much more clear note to the customer about what to do to get in order to their country. Shopify's note to the customer is simply, "Cannot be shipped". The app also puts figuring out a proper address on the customer without being difficult. Otherwise. we'd have to call the customer every single time and try to get that figured out together. It has so many other features that you don't realize you need so if given the opportunity you should at least try it for a couple of days to understand what you're missing.

Love! Very helpful in preventing charge backs on incorrect shipping address.

I use this app and generally it works well, but it doesn't catch everything. I've had issues with some European addresses, doesn't stop people from entering the same street twice, etc...
If you have a large number of orders a month, it can get to be expensive. They should consider a better pricing model.

So glad we found this app. Especially with the volume of our sale season, issues with incorrect addresses were really adding up and this fixed all of that right away. The app is pretty straightforward to implement and the support team was very responsive when I had some questions on customizations. Highly recommend this one.

App works well, would be dramatically better for us if after verification and removing the incorrect tag if it then added the correct tag , shipstation doesn't recognize and update for a tag removal, but it does with a tag change.

With being a D2C company that sends hundreds of orders everyday making sure that every customers address was typed in correctly is very important. We used to have to spend more than we pleased to correct mistakes made by our customers but with this APP, corrections have gone to nearly 0% and it has saved us a good amount of time that we can now put elsewhere into growing our business. Highly recommend the app. It's simple and does exactly what it says it will.
