Clearer.io Address Validator

Prior to using this app I was having a lot of issues with customers incorrectly filling out their shipping info and as a result packages going undelivered. This was very costly for my business. Installing this app has significantly reduced the percentage of orders with incorrect shipping addresses.

The app is very powerful and is full of useful features. Additionally, when we needed some support, Osmand was very helpful and gracious, and that is very much appreciated. Absolutely recommend this app for all stores.

This is a wonderful app and it helped us in so many ways. It helps us not to get PO boxes to ship to as we don't use the US postal service for shipping. When we were not shipping to other countries it gave a much more clear note to the customer about what to do to get in order to their country. Shopify's note to the customer is simply, "Cannot be shipped". The app also puts figuring out a proper address on the customer without being difficult. Otherwise. we'd have to call the customer every single time and try to get that figured out together. It has so many other features that you don't realize you need so if given the opportunity you should at least try it for a couple of days to understand what you're missing.

We have "Shipping Address Validator" integrated into our Online Shopify Store and it has been incredibly helpful - prompting customers to verify or edit their address (that may be flagged as incorrect in the system) has saved us money and time related to Return To Sender packages. We're hoping ReCharge and Zipify soon offer integrations as well so addresses entered on all of our checkout platforms are monitored by this dandy app. Update: Shipping Address Validator is now integrated into ReCharge checkout and our team is really thankful and humbled that our concerns were heard and a solution was made within just a few weeks! Thank you!

The Support team is great with quick response. They show the instructions in detail with the screenshots so the concern is solved quickly.

Works great! We were having issues with customers entering PO boxes for their address. Address Validator has done a great job not letting people enter invalid addresses.

With being a D2C company that sends hundreds of orders everyday making sure that every customers address was typed in correctly is very important. We used to have to spend more than we pleased to correct mistakes made by our customers but with this APP, corrections have gone to nearly 0% and it has saved us a good amount of time that we can now put elsewhere into growing our business. Highly recommend the app. It's simple and does exactly what it says it will.
