We've always had ongoing issues with customers entering incomplete address details at checkout but are still legitimate addresses, usually it's a missing unit number they forgot to add! Addressed has already saved us countless hours with asking the customer to fix these issues. Before we had to email each customer manually, the customer would respond to support and then support would have to update the address and inform the warehouse. Now we just click the app and customer fixes the address themselves and the order is automatically updated. Highly recommend if you have common issues with customers entering wrong or incomplete addresses.
