Unfortunately, an astonishing number of customers are unable to enter the correct address—often the street name is wrong or the house number is missing. This results in a high amount of manual effort and increased costs. With the tool, this problem occurs significantly less frequently, there’s hardly any manual effort left, and we save a lot of unnecessary costs. Really great and highly recommendable.

This app really helped us prevent one of our main customer facing pain points: failed deliveries due to missing house numbers. In combination with the address verification based on "DHL Leitcodierung" (specific German requirement) our delivery data became much more accurate. I also was in touch with David who was willing to an edge case that maybe only we as a shop have but directly transferrred our request to the app's dev team. I can highly recommend the app.

Die Idee ist gut, leider ist der Support sehr schwer erreichbar und einfache Probleme wie Rechnungsklärung brauchen x Anläufe. Zudem ist in der App nicht erkennbar wie viele Adressklärungen wirklich stattgefunden haben und bei Bestandsadressen scheint es nicht zu funktionieren
