Die App ist nach meinem Wissen die beste und einfachste Lösung, für ein Problem, welches viele E-Commerce-Unternehmen haben. Daher für uns aktuell absolute 5 Sterne! Ich kann nur jedem Empfehlen die App einfach mal auszuprobieren.
Everything is working as it should, but customers aren't reacting as expected. A major issue is that when a wrong address is entered, a yellow warning box appears, but many customers seem to ignore it and just continue clicking. As a result, I'm still receiving orders with incorrect address details. A possible solution could be to make the warning box for a wrong address into a noticeable popup window. This popup should be immediately eye-catching and ideally include a correct address suggestion to make it easier for customers to correct. Additionally, there's a problem with using an ERP system: addresses are taken from the system right after an order is placed. This caused difficulties when customers corrected their addresses later. I solved this problem by adjusting the address capture to happen five minutes after the order is placed.

(1) We are already working on the pop-up when leaving before answering the AddressHero banner.
(2) Address suggestions already exist. (are only displayed when Google Maps finds a suggestion)

This app only validates addresses AFTER the order is placed, totally missing the key moment when people enter their address. Also I did a test where I put the postcode in address line 1 as well as in the postcode (and the street address in address line 2) and while it correctly picked up an invalid address, its suggestion was to change it to just the name of the recipient, with no address! Which would have been worse.
The setup is easy so at least I didn't spend too much time on this.

We prefer customers to adjust the address afterwards so as not to negatively affect the conversion rate.
Our prompt on the order success page ensures that the customer does not abandon the order.
Maybe you'll give AddressHero another chance.
Wir waren skeptisch, aber die App hat uns letztendlich so viele Anfragen und Ärger erspart, dass wir ohne uns gar nicht mehr vorstellen können. Hut ab, gute Arbeit und natürlich klare Empfehlung an alle die wie wir Kunden haben, die glauben - Versand müsste auch ohne Hausnummer funktionieren. :)
Wirklich sehr gute App! Gibt bisher keine vergleichbare App, die Funktionsweise ist sehr gut durchdacht. Man unterschätzt echt, wie viele Personen ihre Lieferadresse nicht korrekt angeben, diese Quote konnten wir dank der App enorm reduzieren. Die Jungs machen auch einen super Support und gehen auf Feature Requests ein! 5/5
