As a U.S.-based store, I was a bit skeptical at first since I couldn't find any non-German reviews. That said, I'm glad I gave it a chance. After a week of use, it is working great and the one issue I had was fixed quickly by the team!
Must-have Plugins für Bekleidungsbrands. Nachdem wir immer wieder Retouren haben wegen Unzustellbarkeit, haben wir nach einer App gesucht, die uns dabei hilft die Zustellbarkeit zu optimieren, da oftmals nur die Hausnummer gefehlt hat oder die Adresse versehentlich falsch ist.
Das Problem: Unnötige Retouren, hohe Kosten und verärgerte Kunden (obwohl selbst Schuld) weil das Paket schon längst hätte da sein müssen.
0-5 € Kosten im Monat gegen die Kosten, die wir uns dadurch sparen muss man nicht näherbringen. Absoluter Gamechanger!

Must-have für jeden Shopify-Store!
Endlich eine Lösung für das leidige Hausnummer-Problem! Ohne diese App haben Kunden oft keine Hausnummer eingegeben, und dann ging das Paket entweder zurück oder wir mussten hinterhertelefonieren. Jetzt bekommt der Kunde direkt eine Warnung – genau so, wie es Shopify von sich aus machen sollte. Funktioniert einwandfrei und spart uns eine Menge Ärger. Klare Empfehlung!
