I Uninstalled this app before the end of the 30 day trial as it couldn't do anything because I sell Lingerie but still charged me. I need an immediate refund.

Adroll just keeps charging your card without notification!

Terrible. The integration of adroll with facebook has resulted in me losing access to my facebook account as an admin. Waiting in the dark for some resolution, but a complete disgrace. Do not download and integrate.

i would just like to make it clear that this is a fake retargeting application. it literally will have absolutely no impact on your store. all it will do is charge you $5 a day for 2 page clicks which may or may not even be real. they are reluctant to help you cancel your account and will continue to bill you even after it is uninstalled. do yourself a favor and save yourself $100 and having to replace your debit card that they wont stop billing.

Not worth the time. The free version still charges you without asking for your approval or authorisation. No traffic or customers.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They do not know what they are doing at all. First they create 7 free ads for me (yea!!) and then turn around and tell me that all 7 ads are not approved!?!

When I pointed out that THEY were the ones that created the ads, the rep said (and I quote) "Oops!". He then approved the ads. So I figured I was home free.

Nope! 10 minutes after I left chat, another rep apparently un-approved them. Again, the ads THEIR creative staff created.

I have never dealt with a company that was this idiotic. To make matters worse, they charged my card for a campaign that had no approved ads. SMH

Won't be back to do business with them, too many other companies that offer the same service and have intelligent employees.

Very disappointed in this service, I set my campaigns to be around 0.15 cents per click but was charged over $1 each anyway. In my Google analytics didn't match the clicks they said they sent and the bounce rate was 98% with view time under 1 second. Absolutely worse than the lowest quality sellers on Fiverr. Really truly indubitably ridiculously unsatisfied with this company. Why should I pay for this trash service? They charged me over $45 for 40 clicks on the free plan when they claim you get an average of 1000 monthly unique views with the paid $40 plan? What kind of scam is this? Pure bot traffic, if I wanted that I would go to Fiverr and pay $5 for the same sh*t service.

I understand that you’ve been overcharged for a click - I understand that $1.00 for a click was not ideal - please understand, that at AdRoll we charge for the impressions served by the campaign and not clicks - it is called dCPM, cost per 1000 impressions served. To ensure that your ads serve to the right users on the best quality sites, we have a dedicated Trust and Safety team in place for both manual and automated monitoring - over 99% of invalid traffic is caught through AdRoll’s proactive solutions before it can have any significant impact.

We always aim to deliver a great experience, and we are gutted when we don’t meet expectations. Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. I’ve emailed you directly to investigate the issue deeper and earn your recommendation.

If someone deletes your app from there website it means they have no plan to use it otherwise they will not delete it. No need to charge them without asking at the end of trial period.

The charge occurred as AdRoll account along with the Marketing and Ads Plus subscription is still active - I have gone ahead and cancelled the plan from my side.

If you're not planning to use the Marketing and Ads Plus plan, please do reply to my email I've just sent - we can get the amount refunded.

I have used this app, it was really a bad experience though. It seems their system is dead. One should not waste their money, Its better to have some knowledge of facebook ads and run it by yourself. Adscale is better than this.

Please stay away from this app. I un-installed this app, because it's not working at all. As soon as I un installed it. All my sales went straight to abandoned check out. I got no sales for 4 days which is it never happened on my store until I tried this app. Trashy app ever. It should be not here.
