Important to note- while AdRoll works very well on its own and for the most part requires very little monitoring, the AdRoll chat team (24/7) is always ready to help with suggestions to improve performance. Their insight and experience make all the difference. We have come to rely on Adroll's retargeting campaigns, which are very effective in balancing our outward advertising campaigns. Thank you!

We use Adroll for our Retargeting and Prospecting efforts and have seen great success with up to 13x ROAS. Our Account Manager, Amber, is always available to help us navigate the platform and advise on areas of optimization for the brand.

This is such a good tool for marketing, however I am not sure why my facebook ads doesn't run during this 20 days. The support team was sharp to spot that It wasn't working and fixed it for me, however it is still not working.
Despite that issue, I still give it a 5 stars.
