The onboarding process was very smooth, and their team has been actively involved with our campaigns since day one. I'm really surprised at how 'hands-on' they've been compared to other agencies/platforms.
The app works fine. We've had no issues.

After working with AdRoll for a few months, we've managed to regularly hit our performance goals. The app is great for capturing an overview of our weekly or monthly performance and we're easily able to determine the type of conversion, which is important for our internal reporting.
