The worst app ever No support No answer!! Why you did this app if you wont work on it??!!

AdRoll has been a huge benefit for our store and for other stores we've built for our clients. The retargeting features are incredibly powerful and really do increase conversions. Great app, thanks guys!

Adroll is great and accounts for a lot of the extra business we receive from return customers. This app is extremely easy to install and the adroll website is even more user friendly. You can build your own ads, monitor statistics and more. We highly recommend it.

Great app! Makes it so easy to run multiple ads, across multiple placements, against your main goal. The automation makes management super easy for a small biz like ours- the allocates budget, picks placements and creatives according to what is performing best. So easy! Performance is pretty great too ;) Definitely recommend!

Adroll's platform is incredibly easy to use and understand. They incorporate quantifiable data with visuals that help you understand what's working, and what isn't. If I've ever had a question about anything I see in my account the support team has ALWAYS gotten back to me very quickly. Great product with a great team. I'm extremely please with they're platform.

The customer support I have received has been above and beyond anything I've come to expect from apps like this. They have been amazing in helping me work through a few problems that have cropped up. Some of them have taken a while to get resolved but we were also in the 4th quarter so I imagine their work load was much higher than normal. A quick shout out to Akash for all his hard work.

We've worked with AdRoll for several years now and recently transitioned to Shopify Plus. The integration was simple and seamless as it plug straight into Shopify. Our account manager is a blessing! She is extremely helpful in helping us optimize performance.
We currently use AdRoll to run both our retargeting and brand awareness display ads and are seeing a great return. Their dashboard is so easy to use! My favourite feature is the campaign attribution dashboard which shows exactly what impact AdRoll has on every customer pathway.

We have used AdRoll for a few years now and have kept them between moving from Magento to BigCommerce and now Shopify. The experience is much better with Shopify and it was very easy to install. We use AdRoll almost exclusively for retargeting our web customers. I like that we can have all of our retargeting ads (web and Facebook/Instagram) all in one place. I have only had to use their customer service a few times and they were easy to work with and insightful. The last customer service person I spoke with actually reviewed some of the ads we were running, which had nothing to do with the problem I was having, and gave me some recommendations to make the ads better. It was nice to have someone that actually was interested in us being more effective and profitable. We will continue to use them in the future.
