Although it took some time to understand how are the things working, after our data analysis, everything was clear. ROI 7.3x is not seen commonly! Recommend
Terrible. The integration of adroll with facebook has resulted in me losing access to my facebook account as an admin. Waiting in the dark for some resolution, but a complete disgrace. Do not download and integrate.
Really helpful, very easy to use, very responsive staff who will help set everything up at the drop of a hat, and so far, good return on investment, which is what it's all about.
Expensive and makes the site run a couple seconds slower-- but it ultimately gets the job done. We might switch to another retargeting company but, for now, this is what works for us!
I would't recommend this app to anyone. The conversions they show you are false, and its nearly impossible to get them to cancel your account. I have now tried calling and emailing all week to find out I was billed yet again while my campaigns are paused.
Please do not use this app and find better ones. They charged my card after i cancelled my services with them and ive reached out to them multiple times and hadnt recieved a response. only scam companies stop responding ironically after they steal money from you.

Unreliable App. You are not even able to add/remove/edit your recipient list. However, the customer service is responsive enough.

AdRoll is a fantastic App and Service. Re-targeting is very important for any business and AdRoll really does it well. They create stunning ads and manage campaigns seamlessly. I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend.
The worst app ever No support No answer!! Why you did this app if you wont work on it??!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED they tempt you with a free $60 "try adroll for free" is what they claim, the reality? they charge your credit card each week without any consent or notification of how much it will be. $30 per week they have been charging me and i had no idea as i was told i had a $60 free trial and didn't agree to any further spend beyond that. This is my first bad experience with a shopify app and i would suggest you stay well clear!
