Great App and great team for support. They responded to my request quickly and was able to solve my problem in no time.
I used this app to set up retargeting campaigns across the web. The campaigns were fairly easy to set up and were effective. I like that adroll allows easy all in one access to other advertising platforms besides Facebook/Google.
It definitely drives more sales than FB retargetting for me currently. However i wish it is more flexible for someone who has no time to dig deep into the details.

Five star customer service, Shams helped me set up and optimise my campaigns, he gave me lots of helpful advice and guided me thought everything. Amazing support.
I was unable to get adequate ad designs from the design team. After a period of weeks we decided not to continue with AdRoll. They made it a nightmare to get our data removed from their system. Think very carefully before allowing AdRoll to integrate with your store.

Although it took some time to understand how are the things working, after our data analysis, everything was clear. ROI 7.3x is not seen commonly! Recommend
The app is very easy to use and the support team is very helpful. We are a small company with a small budget but they still treat us like a valued customer.
Really helpful, very easy to use, very responsive staff who will help set everything up at the drop of a hat, and so far, good return on investment, which is what it's all about.
Expensive and makes the site run a couple seconds slower-- but it ultimately gets the job done. We might switch to another retargeting company but, for now, this is what works for us!
Super helpful representative, was very quick to respond and help answer my questions. Wish the platform itself converted better though
