AdRoll has been a useful addition to our Shopify marketing setup, especially for retargeting visitors who didn’t purchase on their first visit. The Shopify integration was straightforward, and I like being able to create audience segments and run dynamic product ads without managing everything manually.
AdRoll has been a really useful addition to our Shopify marketing stack, especially for retargeting visitors who don’t convert on their first visit. The Shopify integration makes setup straightforward, and I like that audiences based on product views, carts, and purchases are readily available for campaign targeting. The dynamic ads are also helpful for bringing shoppers back with products they’ve already shown interest in. The reporting dashboard gives us a clear view of ad performance and conversions, making it easier to optimize campaigns and understand where our budget is going. Overall, it’s a solid option for Shopify stores looking to strengthen their retargeting and improve their overall advertising performance.
My inbox is full of spam emails from adroll.
I emailed support, uninstalled the app, and received 10 of the exact same confirmation emails in the last hour, and they're still coming.

I completely understand that receiving multiple emails for the same context would be unsettling and I am here to clarify the situation. Please know that we do send an email confirming that the Shopify integration has been removed and the next steps after that would be to pause the campaigns and cancel if there are any subscription plans automatically.
However, this email would be sent only once after the AdRoll app is deleted from the Shopify account. It looks like there was a temporary glitch due to which numerous emails were sent. I genuinely regret the inconvenience caused and we are committed to addressing it. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction throughout the entire process.

Unreliable App. You are not even able to add/remove/edit your recipient list. However, the customer service is responsive enough.
