Adroll is user-friendly and customer service did a good job, mostly responding to emails within an hour. the experience was great. highly recommend.
i used this app to help with starting a campaign for my Shopify store and the setup was so easy i could do it my self but i decided to go with help from their support and my last interaction with chat support was with Uday And let me tell you they provided me with so much support im blown away an happy to begin my journey running ads with them

I had a problem with how my ads were being created on this App. I used the Live Chat option and was able to get my problem solved in under 15 minutes and solutions to things I didn't know I needs. The Live Chat and Customer Service were Awesome. Thank you!

Customer service is on top! Yes it's confusing at first but they're really helpful and answered all my questions and showed me exactly how to use this app
