5 Great app. I’ve just started with AdRoll, all good so far, the best I’ve tried. Super customer service, Ewa S welcomed me into the AdRoll family and together we set up the systems in minutes.
We've been using AdRoll and the AdRoll app for 2-3 years and couldn't be happier with the integration, backend, and support we receive from our rep. We've been able to attain a $3-$5 ROAS over our time on the platform and it's been an integral part of our marketing mix. Our budgets have fluctuated between as little as $20 a day and as much as $200 a day. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking to grow their business.

AdRoll has helped us promote our business in a variety of ways. We appreciate being assigned an account manager so we know who to go to with questions. Our account manager Carson is extremely helpful in educating, understanding our companies needs and executing campaigns that do just that. They provide data to show how your campaigns are helping your business and provide feedback when changes may need to be made.
Tatiana was amazing and helpful. Now hoping it converts! The implementation was smooth, and I'm hopeful sales follow.

App is very easy to integrate with Shopify, ad platform/interface is easy to navigate and customer service is always very helpful. Our Account Manager, Carson, is always proactively reaching out to share new growth tactics to encourage performance improvements and never shoes away from lending a helping hand when our team's capacity is limited.
We have had two amazing Account Managers, Randi & Wes, who have helped us with strategies, goals we want to accomplish, and support. The platform has been very easy to use with the help of our Account Managers. The shortage of our company staff to use all the tools of the platform would be the only negative. We are getting new leads, that we are wanting to accomplish, and our average order value has gone up.
The adrol team seems to be experiencing cutbacks lately. We have been with them for years, but unfortunately have experienced a loss of personalized service. We received an email that our personal rep we have been with for yrs is "not working for the company anymore" and we were directed towards "general inquiries" for future assistance. Not pleased:(
