We've been client for Adroll for about 5 years. It's been generally very pleasure working with them and they have been delivering somewhere around 3x - 10x ROAS with their retargeting ads. My favorite part of Adroll is having the account manager (I think they call it customer success team) who can help us to come up with great strategies how to do retargeting campaign. We had 3 different campaign managers so far, and beside 1 that wasn't good that we only worked with for few months, 2 other account manager was fantastic. Carson Ward was one is our current campaign manager, and it's such a pleasure to work with him. He made amazing recommendation, the outcome that he brought to our digital marketing was very satisfactory. I'd highly recommend Adroll!

Adroll is very easy to implement and work with. Carson, our contact at Adroll, is always responsive and helpful with our questions. Their customer support team is knowledgeable and the turnaround on any service needs is typically as fast as you would hope for. We continue to be happy Adroll clients and will continue to use the service for some time.

Very easy to install, integrate and use, and the support team is Amazing. Rohini is the best. They always stay there for you answering questions and supporting the setup. 100% recommendable. I am creating more and more campaigns every day.

Adroll customer service has been very prompt and efficient in providing me with a solution to an issue I was experiencing regarding campaigns displaying the wrong product prices. Their team was fast and proactive in reaching out to their engineering team to resolve the issue and come up with a solution in less than a day. Very pleased with their help and feedback overall!

Adroll has been the most consistently excellent user experience of any marketing strategy we use. We have an assigned account manager (Tracie) who actively wants to see us succeed. She checks in with me more than I contact her and we meet at minimum, once per quarter, to make sure our marketing strategies are working and we keep our content fresh. Great app and really helped us squeeze out more revenue from third party ads platforms - working alongside facebook and google
