Great support that spent the time to fully optimize my campaign. Appreciate the patience and extra time.
Great App and great team for support. They responded to my request quickly and was able to solve my problem in no time.
I used this app to set up retargeting campaigns across the web. The campaigns were fairly easy to set up and were effective. I like that adroll allows easy all in one access to other advertising platforms besides Facebook/Google.
It definitely drives more sales than FB retargetting for me currently. However i wish it is more flexible for someone who has no time to dig deep into the details.

Five star customer service, Shams helped me set up and optimise my campaigns, he gave me lots of helpful advice and guided me thought everything. Amazing support.
I was unable to get adequate ad designs from the design team. After a period of weeks we decided not to continue with AdRoll. They made it a nightmare to get our data removed from their system. Think very carefully before allowing AdRoll to integrate with your store.
