We are very pleased with the performance and results we’ve seen from AdRoll. Their platform has been instrumental in helping us reach new customers while re-engaging with existing ones. Since working with AdRoll, we’ve seen consistent improvements in both traffic and conversions, and their support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions.

The role it plays in our marketing landscape from a display perspective is really beneficial. However, I have run into issues with scheduling and ads not being on/off when they should.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the conversion results are all over the place. One week it will be $12,000+, the next $3,000 with no rhyme or reason. Additionally, some of the customization options for ads could be more robust.

Overall, AdRoll is an excellent tool for businesses looking to enhance their digital marketing efforts. With a few minor improvements, it would easily be a 5-star service!

I have had Adroll for around 6 months and not got around to fully utilizing it and taking advantage of all its functions. Rohini was super helpful and it really help me understand just how powerful of a tool this can be when used properly. We had great success with adroll when we started using it but we were just scratching the surface. Now thanks to their help and advice I feel we are ready to seriously step it up a notch. Looking forward to seeing where this takes us.

Giving 4 stars because it does a good job and the support can be there.. but I find the ROI not as great as other ways and it would be nice to have some sort of AI to help improve the ROI. It definitely drives more sales than FB retargetting for me currently. However i wish it is more flexible for someone who has no time to dig deep into the details.
