Very helpful customer service and very effective ads. I get a ctr of 5% on fb for one business and I've just set up another 2 businesses on adroll. I highly recommend them.
Support is fantastic and Adroll is a really good app. Love it! I recommend it to anyone with an ecommerce store looking to boost their sales

The app is great for capturing an overview of our weekly or monthly performance and we're easily able to determine the type of conversion, which is important for our internal reporting. Adroll helps move product and complete the funnel. It's an absolutely crucial part of our business. They have a great support team that helps you with everything you need and we couldn't be more grateful to be working with them. The biggest problems I've had so far are their frequent automated requests to review the quality of their services. Hopefully this review will cause a change with that down the line. They usually listen quite well.

We use the Adroll APP extensively for its fantastic Brand Awareness capabilities as well as retargeting our current customers and lead generation for brand new clients. Its an invaluable tool in our overall marketing stack. Our account manager is always available and the support team are incredibly helpful.
