I was unable to get adequate ad designs from the design team. After a period of weeks we decided not to continue with AdRoll. They made it a nightmare to get our data removed from their system. Think very carefully before allowing AdRoll to integrate with your store.

The app is very easy to use and the support team is very helpful. We are a small company with a small budget but they still treat us like a valued customer.

Worst support I have ever seen. The "team" has no idea what they are doing. I have a problem that prevents me from using the app, very simple problem that they have no idea how to fix. I'm happy to change this review later if they get something done. I have tried to get this fixed forever now but the support is full of unprofessional ...

I used this app to set up retargeting campaigns across the web. The campaigns were fairly easy to set up and were effective. I like that adroll allows easy all in one access to other advertising platforms besides Facebook/Google.

The customer support I have received has been above and beyond anything I've come to expect from apps like this. They have been amazing in helping me work through a few problems that have cropped up. Some of them have taken a while to get resolved but we were also in the 4th quarter so I imagine their work load was much higher than normal. A quick shout out to Akash for all his hard work.
