We’ve had a great experience with AdScale so far. The app makes everything simple and provides a smooth user experience — and it even brought us sales within a very short time after setup! Hello, I just want to share my honest feedback. Their support team takes too long to reply in the chat, and the assistant is not helpful at all. They created one search ad, but the keywords they used are not even ranking or relevant.

In my Max campaign, I personally added all the headlines, descriptions, pictures, and even the video — so what exactly are they doing? They told me I have to wait almost 90 days for the best results. But if I run ads directly on Google, Google’s own AI also optimizes over time — so what’s the real power of their AI?

Even my ad strength shows as “poor,” and no one contacted me to help improve it. I’m still in the trial period, otherwise I would have already lost my money. Honestly, I suggest that if you already know how to run ads yourself, don’t expect much from them. They just say “our AI will take data and improve,” but in reality, it works the same as Google’s AI.

Sign up for a year as it's cheaper and enjoy great customer service! Idan and Nicole have been very helpful helping me to navigate budget and best practices. I have already seen an uptick in traffic to my site.

A Game Changing App! (for me)
I absolutely love AdScale, it finally gives me full control over my marketing I can see exactly which campaign is working, on which platform, and all the data is just one click away. No more waiting for a marketer to summarize things, everything is right there, clear and organized.
