Highly recommend this app. Has worked on regular plan and got better sales, so decided to level up to adplus. And so far so good.
Looking for new strategies, discussing any my desires and etc.
Have my own store manager Jimmy, that did a great job, have been with them only for one month as adplus, and for around 8 months on basic subscription.
Now thinking about connecting my second store to them as well.
We recently started and Nicole has been super helpful! We are very happy so far and will definitely continue. She always answers questions and makes helpful suggestions.
I installed Ad Scale on my store a few days ago and Nicole is really fantastic. I hope that I will be able to do a new review for sales soon
The support is abrubt and dissapointing for the amount of money the app costs. They just pull the ads from facebook, nothing AI about this app, no optimization.

Regarding the points you mentioned:
1. You had the app installed 2 days and received traffic and orders in this short period.
2. You opened up several support tickets in this period and got answers to all.
3. Regarding Optimization - this usually happens once more significant
traffic has been generated so 2 days is really too early to evaluate.

So far so good, we are still on the trial however we already have a ROAS of 375% and Jimmy and Diana are great.
We will certainly continue and hopefully continue to grow.

I’ve been using Adscale for 5 months now. At some points my ROAS has been above 1000%!!.
You must continue to change up your ads but I have found the video calls with Diana, my assigned advisor to be so helpful. She is able to dig through the analytics, make quick changes for instant improvements.
